As a graduate of Appalachian State University, I have proudly called North Carolina's High Country home for more than 15 years. The values of community, resilience, and meaningful relationships that define this region continue to shape both my personal and professional approach.

I am passionate about helping organizations create workplaces that are productive, compliant, ethical, and people-centered.

Throughout my career, I have been drawn to the intersection of people and systems. I strive to understand not only how organizations operate, but also how employees experience the workplace each day. This perspective allows me to help clients identify challenges, strengthen operations, and implement solutions that support both organizational success and employee engagement.

Based in the Appalachian region of North Carolina, I bring a grounded, relationship-focused approach to consulting while serving organizations wherever they are located.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, tending to my garden and houseplants, exploring local businesses and community spaces throughout the High Country, and engaging in creative, art-based pursuits. I also share my home with four cats (Aila, Arion, August, and Aspen) who keep life interesting and remind me daily of the value of patience, adaptability, and a little curiosity.
